Jing Lee is the President of Osage Property. A lifelong entrepreneur who started her first business at the age of six, she brings decades of experience, determination, and vision to the company’s leadership. Since founding Osage in 2003, she has played a central role in guiding its growth, grounded in both hands-on management and long-term strategic planning.
She is continually exploring new opportunities in real estate development and investment, with a focus on creating value and improving the communities Osage Property serves. Her forward-looking mindset and business acumen continue to drive the company’s evolution and success as a family-run enterprise.
Christine Hwang
Chief Executive Officer
Christine Hwang has nearly a decade of experience in property management and real estate acquisitions. She oversees the company’s strategic direction, focusing on growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Her leadership is shaped by a deep understanding of both day-to-day operations and high-level investment planning.
Christine holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. At Kellogg, she concentrated on strategy, finance, and leadership, gaining a strong foundation for guiding a dynamic and evolving real estate business. She is focused on expanding Osage Property’s portfolio and ventures while staying true to its family-driven values.
Caroline Hwang
Chief Operating Officer
Caroline Hwang is the COO of Osage Property, where she leverages her expertise in construction management to oversee operations and development. She currently works at Consigli Construction Co., a leading construction management firm known for delivering complex projects across the Northeast. With over six years of experience at Consigli, Caroline brings valuable industry insight to the family business.
She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, a top program recognized for its strength in urban infrastructure and innovation in the real estate space. At Osage Property, she plays a critical role in driving efficiency, quality, and long-term growth.
Ray Hwang
Broker
Ray Hwang is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and a key member of the Osage Property team. In addition to his work in real estate, Ray is an attorney admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Texas, and Massachusetts, bringing a strong legal perspective to the company’s transactions and compliance efforts.
He holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Administrative Law from Taiwan University, an MBA from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. His diverse background in law, business, and real estate strengthens Osage’s capabilities across investment, management, and regulatory matters.
